Dusty Angel Murphy
Aug 19th 1976 — Aug 15th 2023 (46 years)
Biography
Dusty Angel Murphy, 46, passed suddenly on August 15, 2023. She is survived by her son, Christian; mother, Elaine; twin sister, Misty; grandfather, Frank; aunts, Donna, Patsy and Connie; uncle, Grant; nephews and cousins. The family is forever grateful to Scott, her closest companion who was always there for her. Dusty loved animals, and had she been able to find a stray horse, she would have hidden it in her apartment if she could have. In her teens she walked thoroughbred horses at the racetrack. Getting up at 6 o'clock or heading over after school was not an inconvenience. Her favourite author was Stephen King and she had to have all editions of every book. She treasured her visits with her grandparents and doting aunts up North, and couldn't wait until the next one to feed chipmunks, pick blueberries, enjoy nature and do crafts. She is truly missed and will never, ever, be forgotten. Dusty was predeceased by her grandmother, Noella, of whose loving arms now surely hold her. Her funeral will take place at the Parish of Holy Trinity St Stephens Memorial located at: 727 Southdale Road East, London, Ontario. Service will begin at 11:00am on Friday September 8th. 2023, with a light luncheon to follow the service.

I only knew Dusty for a little over two and a half years. We became friends instantly. She didn't talk about her past much, but when she did it was her fond memories of visiting her grandparents, camping with her sister, and working with the horses. I now understand why she dragged me to the park to feed chipmunks and made me go on a road trip to pick strawberries (I couldn't find blueberries).
Yes she will be deeply missed and will not be forgotten. She will be forever in my heart.
