It is with profound sadness that we announce the recent passing of Graeme Norwood at Mt. Sinai Hospital in his 38th year, of an ultra rare sarcoma cancer, EHE. Adored husband of Ivana, and a wonderful, caring and loving father to Teo and Nolan. Beloved son of Sue and Peter Norwood and the best brother to Malcolm and his wife Leah. A wonderful uncle to their son Sebastian. Dearest son-in-law of Radica and Denny Bozinovic, brother- in-law of Diana Kaczowski and uncle to Klara. Cherished nephew of Sandy Middleton, Susan and Archie Chase and Joanne and Steve Norwood and dear cousin to Scott and Alison Chase, Daniel and Kaylee Norwood. A graduate of Queen Elizabeth Park High School, Oakville, Queen’s University, Kingston and University of Windsor Law. Graeme was a compassionate and gentle person, cherished by many friends and with unwavering love for his family. Thank you to the wonderful doctors and nurses who gave such exemplary care to Graeme over the last nine months, most recently the health care team at Mt. Sinai Hospital who made his last few weeks a gentler time. A celebration of Graeme’s life will take place at the Toronto Beach Club, 1681 Lake Shore Blvd E, Toronto, on Thursday, May 18 from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.
